Features of BOER broaching oil
BOERCUT 9022 is a broaching oil of chlorine-free, high performance and low oil mist. It’s used for cutting of difficult and hard materials, especially for broaching processing and some other difficult processing technology, such as deep drilling, gear cutting and thread processing of CrNi alloy steel. Its appropriate processing activity and moderate viscosity are especially suitable for broaching processing of stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel and high alloy steel.
Due to its excellent lubrication performance, its one time lubrication in the broaching process can make molding parts processed, not generating product cut tumor, prolonging the cutting tools life.
BOER CF/N is a type of water-soluble cutting fluid of general good lubrication performance. It adopts the synthetic ester as the based oil to make the most ideal ecological and technical quality to achieve high performance. It can be used for low process and broaching process.
