Boer always pays attention to environmental protection and the harmony between human and nature. Therefore, we suggest that manufacturers adopt the following methods to process the waste emulsion:

Discharge←Adsorb←Neutralize←Skimming←Acidification

1: Acidification  

Adding acid into waste emulsion (Industrial waste acid can be used) to break the emulsion. Please add the acid in batches and stir the emulsion to make its PH value decrease to 2.

2: Skimming

In order to separate the oil from water and recycle it, please put it aside for 24 hours after the PH value is adjusted to the scope of the requirements.

3: Neutralize With Lime

The water separated from oil should be neutralized with lime because it is turbid, and its PH value should be controlled between 6 and 8.

4: Adsorb by Activated Carbon or Activated Coal

  The quality of cleaned water has been significantly improved but its chemical Oxygen demand is still high. We can adsorb the organic matter such as surfactant, anti-rust agent by activated carbon or activated coal to meet the national emission standards.

5: Discharge

It costs less and the quality of water is much better than other methods to deal with the waste through this method we suggested.
